This visa for influencers and content creators is designed for modern professionals like you: filmmakers, producers, content creators, photographers, sound designers, editors, and anyone working in audiovisual or digital production.

The core of this permit is proving your professional activity in the audiovisual field. You can apply as a freelancer or under contract with a Spanish or foreign company involved in audiovisual projects in Spain.

The duration of the residence permit depends on the length of the project or contract, and it can be granted for up to three years.

Do I need a formal business plan for this visa?

No. Unlike the standard self-employed permit, the Digital Nomad Visa does not require a complex business plan or a viability report. You only need to prove your existing, successful remote activity.

Can I collaborate with a Spanish brand?

Yes, you can. However, the income you receive from any Spanish company or brand cannot be more than 20% of your total professional earnings. Your main business activity must remain international.
